Network Designing - basic enhance security

Ok, a bit of an update on my network home lab. The adapter for the screen arrived in an envelope with the keys to a new era. I’m glad I left the USB ports open as I moved places. Well, the Proxmox server wasn’t updated or configured properly... then the keyboard and mouse didn’t work, but lucky me (after looking at the crazy prices for cable keyboards, like 15/20 dollars plus delivery...), I was fortunate—a friend just tested his remote keyboard, and voila, in 5 minutes, I had the new server updated, clean, and running. I had a backup and all, but I decided not to use it to start fresh!
I am staring to think about what I am going to do, well I know I want to install elastic buuut I an wan to enjoy the journey and just pen and paper dessing the network.

As you can see this is not as nice when I translate it to a diagram. 
I would explore other systems that are already there but this diagrams are putting my head where it should be, identify what info should go where and why.
